Active Volunteer Mr. Cristopher Fuentes Madrid first joined the institution in 2004 and has now accumulated 11 years of service. He has held the positions of Secretary, Assistant, and Superintendent Inspector, and currently serves as General Treasurer.
He is responsible for administering and managing the Fire Department’s financial resources, with the primary challenge of professionalizing the institution’s administrative work.
Among his key initiatives, he is leading the implementation of accounting software that optimizes personnel management and supports the administration of projects presented by General Officers. He is currently leading an ambitious project aimed at diversifying funding sources so that fire companies can support their operational and infrastructure projects.
The Superintendency, through the General Treasury, has promoted key initiatives to increase available resources.
