Active volunteer Mr. Oscar Valdivia Sandoval joined the Fire Department in September 2012 and was one of the founders of the 10th Company. He has held the positions of Third Commander, Captain, First Lieutenant, Second Lieutenant, Third Lieutenant, Engine Operator, Quartermaster, and Inspector General of Major Equipment, and is currently the Third Commander of the institution.
