Active Volunteer Mr. Jaime Osorio Leyton joined the Fifth Company on August 15, 2012. He has held the positions of Director, Second Lieutenant, Third Lieutenant, Secretary, Quartermaster, Disciplinary Advisor, Inspector General, General Quartermaster, General Training Assistant, Senior Disciplinary Advisor, and currently General Quartermaster.
The position of General Quartermaster is responsible for managing the facilities of the Fire Department and its Companies, ensuring the necessary comfort for life in the firehouse.
Regarding the scope of the position, it involves structuring the Fire Department’s General Quartermaster Department, which includes collaborative work with the various quartermaster offices of the nine companies. We will strive to meet minimum standards for quality and infrastructure with clear guidelines for requesting and managing resources to ensure proper expenditure.
